  • In general, the turnaround time for standard projects is typically between 7 - 10 days. However, this can vary based on factors such as the number of views, complexity, details, etc. If you have more urgent requirements, we offer the option to assign additional 3D artists to work on the project for an extra cost, expediting the timeline. Importantly, the speed of client feedback plays a crucial role, and this aspect is beyond our control. To get a more accurate estimate based on your project summary, please send it to us, and we'll gladly provide you with the expected turnaround time.

  • The exclusive ownership of all 3D content created for your projects belongs entirely to you.

  • It’s completely up to you. You can use your 3D rendering for presentations, marketing campaigns, website content, or any other purposes that suit your needs.

  • We typically provide guaranteed support from 9 am to 9 pm (Eastern Standard Time), seven days a week. However, given our large global team, we generally handle requests around the clock.

  • Our dedicated team of 30+ CG artists is ready to tackle urgent projects with adaptability in workflows, streamlined revision processes, and extended work hours, including weekends. To ensure a smooth process, please factor in rendering time, and kindly notify us at least 12 hours before the deadline.

  • Absolutely! In fact, we likely offer more included corrections in our pricing than any other service in the market. While there isn't an exact count, we take the necessary time to ensure that the images align with our clients' preferences. On average, we handle around 3 - 4 corrections, and we're even open to accommodating a few extra revisions at no additional cost. The only exception is if these extra changes involve modifications exceeding 50% of the initially planned work. In such instances, a review will be necessary, and there might be an associated fee to cover the additional work.
